| For what it's worth, I prefer the less "busy" paint jobs. I don't doubt the effectiveness of them hooking anglers but to the fish, I have my doubts. Charleston, your lures look fantastic. I'm sure you already know that... Jason (who lacks any bit of artistic skills

| Jason, Redneck My plugs are very simple. The paint jobs are good but they lack that eye appeal of all the fancy scaling etc. I will tell you however, my plugs are built to fish! I spend more time in the building and clear coating so they last a while. Atleast that's what the guys that fish them are saying! I guess it's time to get busy and build some for '07. | ABSOLUTELY! i stand up to my balls in snow every winter test swimming stuff, and constantly improving. my lures have always been simple colors, but recently i have gotten a little fancy with the paint due to demand. i take a lot of pride in the fact that my stuff PERFORMS and catches a load of fish, keep em comin' charleston, they are great! maybe someday i can get one of your poppers to fish, mine is in a shadow box on my living room wall |

The fish do not appreciate the paint job anywhere near as much as the fisherman! You make some "most pissa" plugs ![]() | |

![]() I was saying it is beyond my capabilities and I was asking if anyone thought it helped the fishing. Your plugs are beautiful. I certainly think anyone would be happy to have them in their collection. I was just wondering aloud whether it is worth the effort for catchings sake. I certainly see the eye appeal and the reasons people would want them. Heck, just look at them. They are works of art.
