I know some you are on the e-mail list for SNESA (RISAA). There has been a pretty good discussion over there about a proposed bill to ban the pogy boat from the bay. For those who don't know they use a plane to spot the schools and then net them.
Very interesting topic and would be nice to see it happen. You may want to take a look.
