| perhaps a few bait & tackle shops will be willing to be participating weigh stations to record qualifying catches. (as long as they're open) i wanted to weigh a late season tog for entry in the fisherman magazine contest only to find my local guy gone for the day. disappointing but understandable from a business aspect. i remember touching on this subject last season with brad & i think we could generate reasonable interest here. just got my new digital fish finder via the ups guy yesterday, now i'm lookin' out at my snow covered boat cheers! mick |

| Would this be a season long tourney? Biggest bass, blue, fluke, tog etc etc etc?

| season long format would get my vote. gives everyone a chance to fish at their own leisure. this would also invite more participants therefore offering bigger prizes, also more business for bait & tackle shops who agree to be weigh stations. don't know the logistics of trying to organize something like this, or if it is worth the effort. i just think it would make the fishing a little more "interesting". kinda like my golf buddies fleecing me on the course. mk |

| I vote season long tourney for different species and maybe a few get together days during the summer. The get togethers could be at different locations during the season. It might be fun to get a bunch of NB$ boats together and make huge raft at Duck Island off Westbrook or venues closer to other people also. Just a thought. ![]()
