I'll tell you I caught a TON of seabass last year. We called them aquarium fish.
Every one was between 5 and 8 inches long.
I started reading the .pdf file until mind was numb and eyes drooping. I see where commercial numbers are gathered but still don't understand where the rec numbers are gathered. Are they extrapolating from a few checks to an estimated number of fisherman?
