For me, I too work 60+ hours a week for the day job, and many more in my side efforts. For my main job, after 20 years of service, I end up with near 8 weeks of vacation, and I take 2 x 2 week clips in the summer alone. |

Hell, my old government job never even went up to 8 weeks, even at the highest accruals!
(Actually most companies in Europe START their employees with 4-6 weeks, and then they go up to 12-16)
