I have observed many of the Parker Boats and almost bought one...If you are going to install twin engines, seperate them as far apart as possible. You will have a much easier to control boat with wide seperation on the engines. Backing is a breeze with twins.
Last boat we had was a 29'Crosby Hawk with twin 250's. 44 knots wot and she could be tuned down to back float in the current in a tide rip.
