I have run three transducers next to each other without many problems. You have to know how water flows the area of interest. If you are not going to tyr to use both at the same question than all you need to do is make sure the transducer is in a clean water area and that there will be minimal distrubance on one caused buythe other.

I ran two Interphase forward looking/downlooking next to a LEI Skimmer ducer and they worked fine.
