just seems to me that the techs can only work with the codes they are sent by the motor.....no interpretation needed.

its a little more complicated than just reading codes, but in a nutshell, yes.
Either they screwed up the diagnosis in a major way, or they purposefully tried to screw me. We will never know which it is.
I just want to warn people that may consider using this shop that they should probably keep looking for another shop.
