We do one of two things. We dont shark fish but with any tuna that comes back to the marina. We will either cut it up at montauk marine basin witch has the best fillet table around. They have a table thats at least 10 feet long with running salt water along with a dumpster to threw racks into. The other is contractor bags and zip ties.Toss it right into the dumpster. Thats what we mainly do. The owner said he would rather that than to get a call and have to fish a 200 lbs blue carcus out of the marina. Either way. They both work. |
