| Tuna Report - East Headed out East yesterday (Thurs. 6/22) in the area of the BC. Found the whales and about a dozen boats. First fish at 6:15am before we even got the second line out... 54 inches, released. Released 3 more fish all about the same size before everything quieted down around 9:30am. Trolled all around with not much going on for life, so decided to steam south around 1:30pm in hopes of an afternoon bite. Found some more life south and set it out again. Nothing for about an hour and started to question all those releases, when we got into them again. 3 more fish before 3:00pm, as the afternoon bite was definitely on! Called it quits after boating a couple 55 inch fish and the wind was beginning to pick up. Great day out there, but a brutal ride home with it in our face all the way to the dock! All fish were caught on custom 4' bars, black and rainbow 18 inch squids on the short riggers. Had two birds out there on the long riggers with green machine daisy chains all day, never touched.

| Nice report Was in a slip across from you guys for Star Island, the new Wellcraft with the engine troubles...That is one sweet boat you guys are running by the way, sorry I didn't have time to introduce myself at SIYC, but I was working all weekend(more like haywire bitch ) and had a sick, novice crew and an alarm the new owner could not figure out how to turn off. Needless to say I didn't do any socializing unfortunately. Thanks for the tuna update, way to catch em up!

| Dom, I remember that alarm very well! Sorry, sounds like the tournament wasn't ideal for you. We had a good trip overall, nothing but small Blue Dogs, but new boat performed great, so can't complain. D.A.D.S., we do troll right around 4kts.
