| Tuna Got the Shelly Lynn out early Saturday from Green Harbor what a ride. We were on the bank before 6:00 am and it was pretty rough. We decided that with only me and my mate Jeff on board we would run just 2 50's out with small bars. One person must stay on the helm in this crap and I didn't want to take too much time clearing other lines while a 50 gets dumped. So lines in near the West edge, trolling E, NE and after about 5 minutes Bam, Jeffs on to a fish. Nice fight on the 50. Measured 45 inch 34 girth and went to the cooler. Lines back out and about 10 minutes later Bam, Capt Fred gets to fight a nice fish. Tough fight and a FAT 56" 37 girth hits the deck for a quick phots shoot and back in he goes. After that we both felt like we had a sucessfull day and headed back to Green Harbor. Sunday morning back out with my wife and we got another FAT 59 inch fish in the same area. Lost a second and then went Bass fishing. Great weekend. Love to see all these Tuna around. We have some nice pics, am trying to post ? |

| Congrats Fred Fred, Congrats on a great few days, you and the Shelly --- Lynn always know where the fish are. Trolled today at the edge and just could not have the luck. A few boats had fish and I saw big pods pushing into the bay at Peaked Hill but could not get them to eat. Talk to you later and once again congrats. Dave |
