Trust me, I have done the math 150 times over, and after selling my boat and a few other things, I would have to come up with $17K cash and I cannot do that now. we are fixing up the house to sell next year, and then buying a bigger house for a growing family. Then I will be able to get a new boat. UGH! can you wait 18 months?
