| tropical striper i recently tried an excellent mahi-mahi recipe with our own local bounty. grilled eggplant topped with a grilled striper fillet and topped with a mango salsa! i make my mango salsa on the hot side....sweet & hot together a great compliment to the fish & eggplant! |
