Fishing Report 8/5/07

Today Reel Crazy and I headed out with the hope of finding some large bass. We boated two. Pat boated a 40+ pound bass. I boated one in the 20-25 pound class. Both fish were released no worse for wear. Pat landed his on a mid-sized Avet. Bent the rod in half on the initial hit. First time he got boat-side, I guess he didn't like what he saw. He peeled sixty feet of line right off the Avet right down to the bottom. Pat then had to horse him back up. An a amazing fish....really fun to watch the battle.

Nice fish guys and about friggin time we got to see a "mount". LOL

Nice job guys. With the water being so warm the fishing has really slowed so that really is a feat.

Nice going on those bass guys .Pat that fish is awesome .Doug you finally remember'd the camera for a MOUNT
