I just got off the phone with my buddy and it looks like we may be heading to Hydro Sat. into Sunday. I will know tomorrow for sure. What Canyon were you planning on going to?

Sunday to Monday Canyon Trip

I went out and worked Veatch to Atlantis (chunked overnight in atlantis) this past sunday to monday. Found nothing but 77.5 degree water at veatch, with little life. Worked towards atlantis and picked up 15lb mahi 5 miles west of veatch. Had one 80lb yellowfin at 5am on the chunk in atlantis(southwest wall). Found temp break on northwest wall and hooked up with an 80lb longfin and 50lb longfin. picked up another 7 nice sized mahis. Had a 250lbplus bigeye which we fought for 40 minutes before he broke off( hit a large flatline jet). tons of life at atlantis. Temp break 78 to 74.5. went in at 10:30am. Scott "soulmate"

Fished the tails Tuesday into Wed, hot chunk bite with live squid, yellowfin up to 100lbs. Didn't produce anything on the troll. Good luck!
