I was using good old Stop and Shop chicken thighs. Check with the meat manager, sometimes they will sell you outdated chicken for less money. I found that crabbing the edge of the channels worked best. North Cove has moorings and I find a vacant one and tie up to it and can move out a little as the bite slows. No one has made me move off one yet but I would without a fight out of respect.Good luck Crab cakes tonite. |
