hey , thanks for all the help guys I did find some. On a chance I went to to fisherman's outfitter in plymouth and Cliff was able to hook me up with a half dozen nice squid. We left for hyannis wens night and headed out to hydro canyon picked up about 3 yellows and 2 longfin on the troll in the morning and a couple of mahi to mix it up. Set up for night chuncking withj in casting distance to a high flyer. We were able to pull a couple of mahi out of there by casting chuncks of butter fish at them. Unfortunatly nothing happened at night. On the way home while we were trolling home. Hook up with a nice blue marlin. It was my turn on the rod (TLD 50) and after 2 hour fight the fish was landed and on the way home for an official wieght. The stats ended up being 12' fork lenght, 64" girth, 550 pounds. Pretty much saved the trip. Will post pictures as soon as I get my hands on some digi battery died of course. |
