There were not many at the meeting but the consensus was to go with Option 6.
Of course at the fluke meeting the consensus was options 3 or 4 and the state selected 5 so who knows what will happen.
I still don't get it that we will have a limit of 4 or maybe even 3 and New York gets 10...
