| New member from S.W. Florida Hey all, I'm Richard from S.W. Florida. Haven't got to dig too deep into this site but from what I've seen so far there's a wealth of angleing knowledge to be gained from a little more browseing. I've lived and fished in this area for most of my 38 years. My main stomping grounds are southern Charlotte Harbor and Pine Island Sound. I fish mainly inshore except for the occasional winter grouper trip 10 - 15 miles off the coast. Caught a lot of fish this year mainly red fish on the flats and snapper in the passes. I,ve attached a couple pictures, a nice red caught on 11-7 and my beloved classic SeaCraft that I fish from: |

| Richard, Welcome to the site! Great bunch here. Is Charlotte Harbor anywhere near Port Charlotte. My brother has a couple of lots there. Nice pictures. Is the dog on point in the bow, letting you know here comes another fish?

| Hi Richard, Welcome aboard. Looking forward to your reports and pictures. It would be really nice to have some more active members from your way. Alot of us head down there in winter. living vicariously through guys like you while we wait for the thaw or for our short lived vacation down there is the only way to survive till spring!! Other than the cod reports up here, we get the itch reeeeeeeel bad  Sweet classic Seacraft, and gotta love that dog!
