Fishcounter bob, are you saying that you can get RI oversand permit at Burlingame? I almost got it last year, but I thought you had to go to Narragansett or something like that. I had a tough time getting down there during the week to get the permit, which they actually required. 4X4 on the sand this winter sounds like a blast. East Beach has a huge inside route that I've hiked, would be fun in truck. Not sure if there are any fish around though, maybe some cod from the surf!~ |
