I too agree with what you say, and I along with my employees have to take one so I am able to purchase workers comp insurance at a reasonable rate BUT, I'm getting tired of dealing with drunks on the jobsite who are not monitored at all. In my own opinion, I would rather work with someone who got stoned lastnight than someone who got sh*tfaced. Lets treat everyone equal. |
