I second that. people who drink alcohol and come to work hung over or still drunk from the night before are a much greater risk than someone who fired one up the night before. If you ask me, if a company urine tests its employees then they should also make it a fail if it tests positive for alcohol as well. I do understand that marijuana is illegal and alcohol is not but from personally having used both these substances I'll have to say that alcohol had a much greater negative effect on my life and performance on the job after a night of partying than pot ever could. Just my 2 cents
