Basically, what I am saying is that not everyone is fit for a 3+ hours fight with a true monster Thresher

, and that we are not adhering to IGFA rules for World Record standards.
This does not mean that you can't so that, as I would, but keeping the option open, as we really don't need a heart attack occurring due to IFGA rules.
On this note, in the off chance you hook up with a truly record class fish, keep this in mind, as the IGFA rules would apply should you want to register the fish in that case.
