Mako Parm?

Thats right and it was unbelievable.
We had a little dispute going at my house this past weekend everyone wanted Chicken parm and i wanted grilled mako. Well after about an hour of back and forth i said what the hell i'll try anything once. So while i'm making the Chicken parm i toss in 2 - 1" thick mako steaks and prepared them exactly like i did the chicken. Egg, bread crumbs, deep fryer 3 min at 300 degrees into the pryex baking dish some cheese and sause maybey a little more cheese and into the oven for 15 mins.

All i can say is WOW it was really really good. Even the rest of the family liked it. Not sure if any one has ever done this but it is the first time i have ever heard of it..
Next time i make parm it will be all "Mako Parm"

I did that with flounder a few years ago, guess I'll have to try it with mako nextime 'cause I know the flounder parm was good. thanks for the tip.

Cool. I've been wanting to try that since we caught that fish. Looks like the test taste is done. I want to see that on the menu @ Falzones.

You guys have to try it. I did not know how the cheese and sause was going to affect the taste but i was blown away how well it complimented it..
