| Poor Mans Lobster Poor Mans Lobster Tastes like the real stuff 2 lbs frozen cod-striper-other white fish 1 qt water 1 bay leaf 1 TBLS onion, chopped 1 TBLS carrot, chopped 1 1/2 TBLS salt 1/4 teas whole black pepper 2 TBLS vinegar 1 TBLS celery, chopped Boil water, vinegar, spices and veggies for 10 minutes until broth is well flavored. Add frozen or partially thawed fish. Let simmer (do not boil) until the fish is firm - - about 12 -15 minutes. Remove fish from the broth with a slotted spoon. Garnish with parsley and lemon. Serve with melted butter Hope you like it |

| Alright Chuck...knock this crap off....... I'LL BE COOKING ALL DAMN WEEKEND AT THIS RATE! Was thinking of trying the Blackfish Chowder Recipe tomorrow but maybe this one.....now I'm confused????

| I've got some fish in the freezer waiting for another "this" recipe to come from you...LOL Gonna try this one out.

| We're gonna try it today also but mix the fish up .1 striper filet and 1 Big tog filet Can't wait till lunch time. |

| BOB & MAG I have no Idea how I picked these reciepes .Just by ingredients I like I guess .The wife cooked it up this afternoon and once again it was excellent. I must have missed my calling .I can't say one fish was better than the other so eat what you have and enjoy. |
