| Congratulations Gman Jr four weeks ago, Anthony said he wanted to try wrestling mid-season. Four weeks later he got his first shot at starting on his team and pinned his first opponent in 1:20. These are kids that have been wrestling for years Yesterday, I registered him in a tournament out in Pennsylvania. He pinned his first two opponents (1 in 32 seconds) and made it to the final where he met a previous tournament winner. He looked great but his opponents experience showed as he defeated Anthony 5-1. Anthony won the silver medal Anthony you are truly our hero, you are the most courageous boy I have ever met. Although you are disappointed in taking Silver, you walked into a gym with 400 people and showed them how tough you are. There is nothing to be upset about taking Silver in a tournament never mind doing it with only 4 weeks experience. Amazing in my book Congrats on a good win, work hard and lets show them at the next tournament in 2 weeks Daddy Gman |
