I have a 1983 19 seaway which eastern boats now builds that I refurbished. My experience with the boat has been good. I got the boat cheap and bought a new center console direct from eastern and they were very helpful as far as different ways to install it. As far as performance goes the boat is very economical to use. I have a 1991 60 evinrude that has been very good to me.I don't think the former owner used it very much. Wide open throttle Im getting about 23 knots with two people on board and a light load. I go out fishing for the morning, 4 hrs or so, and at the most burn about 12 gallons with an old motor. Good little harbor or bay fishing boat.
