| Line Counters and Spool Holders Guys, I am trying to find some sort of line counter so that when I place 100 yards of Power Pro 80 on my reels, I know I have 100 yards. I see lots of line counters on reels but I want something different. I would like to find one of those mounts that hold your line with tension in a rod holder while you fill the reel but with a counter. If not possible a seperate counter would also do the trick. Any ideas???? Dave |

| That's the one I bought. Let me know how it works. I haven't really put it through the paces yet except to see if it would count braid. Only ran about 10 yards through it. M |

| the line counter works great saves time and makes putting the deep lines a breeze especially on the deep sword rods. The light tends to burn out quickly though and the counter usually does not last a long time we ended up going through 3 of them last season but they are well worth it and got plenty of use out of each one.

| Most of the deciated sword captains I fish with have their lines clearly marked with some type of high-vis colored tape or thread. It was really easy to figure out He would tell me to let the first out to green, the second to blue, the third to yellow and so on. |
