Hi guys (and Gals),

How come It took me this long to find this site. Hope I can contribute something worthwhile. It's getting warm and fishing is just around the corner.

Welcome. Which side of Long Island do you fish? the sound or the south side?

I live in Ronkonkoma which is dead center of the island. I do a lot of wet suit surfcasting in Montauk but with the price of diesel I might be staying closer to home this year. I fish Sunken Meadow State Park a lot at night and Moriches Inlet on the south shore. I'm in the Farragut Striper Club so I can change locations at the drop of an e-mail.
