Yeah coming in from the south if you take the shortest route (the first turn into the harbor) you get into downtown and a mess of small streets and traffic. If you go a bit further north and come in from there it's not too bad. One road off 3A and then a left.

Forget it. If it's where I am thinking by the time you get to open water you're better off out of Plymouth! I could be wrong. if it's another spot.
