i own an eastern,bought new from dealer in new hampshire.This boat is excellent for most sea conditions inshore and you dont need a big gas guzzling engine to power it,a 75 hp e-tec was my choice probably get away with a 60 hp if you had to.The ride can get a little wet in sloppy conditions but who cares when you can use so little fuel,low h.p.,and have an excellent fishing platform.They build an 18 footer but i recomend the next size up for salt water. |
