Yes, thank for the highlight on the rules Dave. i didn't realize the fish had to be gutted and stored (not sure what the definition of "stored" is).
I guess that means you can clean them on the way in since they are "out of storage"
In the end I think if you just use some common sense nobody is gonna bust your chops.
