When I workd for TGIFidays they were big on sanitation. Also around the kitchen were signs reminding you to wash your hands after any work done with the peppers. Well there is a young kid working in the kitchen one day, and he's chopping peppers for awhile and I see him go to the bathroom. Next thing we hear the loudest scream. Well hw never washed his hands first and went an unzipped with all the pepper juice still on his hand. Well he left in an ambulance with an all female crew. They were all ugly, so no he didnt score either. There's how you really mess up and hurt yourself.: BangHead:
