12 schoolies in 45 min

Took a hike through the Farm River Park in East haven,,,Just moved right next to it, Landed 12 schoolies in 45 min,,,almost low tide and very windy,,sassy shad did the trick,, Hike to the spot I fished was a about 3/4 mile...Ill try in the morning with a better tide.

that's great to hear.Thinking of heading down to the sandbar behind the treatment plant in west haven.Last year got my first schoolies around the second week of april.

Outgoing tide below middletown ave bridge. Sunny days have been best.
