Marilyn jean Charters Togs 12/05 Hard west wind

Twas a little sloppy getting across the channel this AM but the guys aboard were game . We had a good pick of fish to 6lbs all day . No slobs but plenty of action and full bags of filet. Timmy and Vlad share HH with 10 keepers apiece to 5lbs and 11 shorts released, Shin and his wife had 14 keepers and also released plenty of shorts Mrs Shin lost a real slob 1/2 way up when her line parted. Bobby and Angel had 9 between them to 5lbs one of the guys also lost a nice fish on the way up due line failure. Ryan had 4 keepers to 6lbs and split his catch between the guys who had it a little tougher. Sea conditions got better as the day went on and the life was there but the hard west wind made feeling the bite a little tough. Whites produced better today.

No pics today hopefully the slobs will bite for flukinits trip

indiginous

Green crabs are an imported species

the whites are indiginous (sic) As a rule they are much better bait

In certain areas at certain times .

I dont find as much diff. When we fish the deeper wrecks or on 17 fathoms but inshore on the reef the whites will produce more and bigger fish as a general rule
