| Marilyn Jean Charters Frogs and Bass Today we had a charter for Norio and his Gang. Norio was the only exp. angler out of the 6 and the guys managed a respectable 35 Keeper togs to 9 lbs. Norio was HH with 15 fish and an 8 and 9 lbr . The Guys got a treat on the way in when John spoted some Bird life and the guys tossed the iron for 40 minutes catching 25 Bass Most were shorts but 6 were just keepers makeing for some really nice filet bags. The weather was mild and sea conditions were better than expected . Whites out fished greens and they had a pick on both moving tides

| If it weren't such a damned busy time right now (X-Mas, etc)......I'm sure a bunch of us, and I can at least speak for the NBS founders, but I'm sure many members too......would be car-pooling down there for a trip! :confused1: I know I've been a little "testier" than I was when I was fishing

| December bass AMAZING! I've been striper fishing LIS for going on 50 years. I don't ever recall bass in Dec, except in the Thames and at the power plant outflows. Any of you guys recall Xmas bass? |

| bass in december Quote:
we get a very strong run a bass in late november or even into late december and early Jan. mostly rats but you can eel or even live line hearing and get some bigger fish The bait is here and the water still pretty warm 48 to 50 deg. Let the mackrel show up inshore and watch the fire works start Most guys never see them cause they hauled. But this internet theres no hiding the cats out o the bag .

| Tony, next year I will put together a trip with you. I'm a good organizer. Just send me the details. How many guys, what to bring, how much $$$ total, all services included, times, directions etc. Did 3 charter trips out of Point Judith, RI this year so I know the ropes. |
