In mine (I have the exact same bag from LRSE) I have:
ACR GlobalFix 406 EPIRB (w/built in GPS, from LRSE)
First Aid Kit
Complete Flare/Safety Equipment Kit
A bunch of pre-rationed packets of WATER (from LRSE also)
Probably a few other things not mentioned, but it is full to the brim LOL. My EPIRB doesn't stay in it, it stays NEXT to it, if needed, I'd unclip it from the bracket and slip it in the elastic side-pocket made for it.
