I was thinking of you today. I'm making a hard maple Mackrel right now that is going to be a surface plug with a little lip just to make it wiggle. It's gonna be about 9" to 10" long and Going with very heavy Stainless Hooks just for tuna.
I'll post some pics when I'm done with it.
