36' Boat Slip Available in Watch Hill, RI

Hi All,
If anyone is looking for a slip- for up to a 36' boat- there's one available on the Pawcatuck River, just above Watch Hill, on the RI side of the river. There will be a discount for this season's rate. Keep in mind that there's no sale's tax on boats berthed in RI, regardless of the fact that you're not a resident of RI. If you're considering a purchase of a new boat and want to save some money for equipment, then this might help you make up your mind.
Also, this port is closer to the offshore arena than anywhere but Stonington, CT. If you're considering a move and want to be closest to the Block Island/Montauk Point waters in order to save on fuel bills, this is the place to be. It also provides for easy access to Fishers Island, the Watch Hill Reefs, or even the Race for those that like to stay close to the mainland.
Give me call at 1-860-741-3301 or send along an email to Captbillb@AOL.com and I'll fill you in on the details.
