Going out Friday to try kite fishing for BlueFin Tuna..One..should I have a harpoon, I have 2 gaffs and don't know if it is necessary. Also do you use any chaffing tubing near the hook. Any do's or don't would be greatly appreciated | ||

I'm going to go both Sat and Sun (probably just stay out there overnight) off of Peaked Hill on the back side of Race Point/P-Town. 130's, Kites. Live Bluefish. I've done it on other boats but not on mine. This will be a first Do you chunk butterfish or just let the blues flop around? I heard that all the action is happening at slack tide and that's it. Any info would be appreciated. Where is a good place to buy a good kite?

| You can pick up a nice kite at Green Harbor B&T, ask for Bob Prunk. He has the traditional kites as well as the new parafoil style.
