Relentless Report

Capt.Dave and Greg fished hard on thursday for tuna with Tom Roll and family from Hamburg,NY this was a two day charter.Having no luck with the tuna the group caught blufish for the next days sharkfishing.
Friday morning we gave the tuna another try with no joy again. We didn't hear much action on the radio and I counted 45 boats around us.Capt.Dave headed east for groundfish. He put us on a nice school and it wasn't long before they were hooking up constantly.

We started to see some bluesharks chase our fish up from the depths so we set out two rods and started the slick. We had alot of lookers one nice (300 lb) blueshark mouth almost everything we threw at him but he didn't want to play.
we had some real nice cod and pollock fillets for this group to take home.

We still have some good dates for private and open boat charters in Sept. and Oct. so give Dave a call if interested 781-871-2113

Too bad no tuna but the backup plan certainly worked for you. Well done!
