How does the quota work? When the state quota is reached the season shuts down? Thanks, trying to learn how these things work.
14" is correct.......

I can't believe how many "just under" 19's I've thrown back this year

I hear that! I've released a lot of fish here between 17 1/2" and 17 3/4".
Maybe I'll run into them later in the season LOL, though the season the state put out there(NOTE not the one the people who took the time to go to the meetings wanted either)the season will be over early September. That's the time we often got big fish, through September.
