IRIDIUM VS GLOBALSTAR...........ANY THOUGHT ON THIS TOPIC

Thinking about renting or purchasing.

i have globalstar, and recently got a letter how they are in the middle of updating their satellites and i can expect poor performance for awhile. i havent used it too much so cant comment on the poor performance, but there has been a lot of other reports of dropped calls, and really long connection times.

i would pass and go with iridium.

Global star. What a joke right know. I think they said that the satellite is burning up and till they get another one up there its going to stink.
