we left talor's point marina at 4 am aboard record sea-ker with captian rich, kevin simon, jim tomaiolo, and self looking to get last last saturdays 0 for 10 off our hands. with the weather not looking good for the weekend we decided to call in sick to work. we hit the bank at 5:50 am were running a 4 rod spread with white sluggos slow trolled. At 6:05am all 4 rods go off!!! we dropped 2 now we are doubled up!!! our first ever! Richie and Jim put their power play harnesses on and now its time to play. These fish make 4-5 runs before we get them to the boat, jim's fish is first so it got the poon (no chances after last week) A nice 58 in fish his first bft ever!hold on jim its gonna be a long ride!. Richie gets his fish to the boat, and we stick a tag-a tinny on him and take a measurement, quick pictures, and release (also our first ever) Sweet day so far!!!!!!! At 9:02am long rigger gets slammed FISH ON. Kev's turn 15 minutes later we tag and release a 52 in fish. At 10:02am exactly one hour later, long rigger gets attacked again, my turn, we tag and release 56 in fish At 1115am long rigger explodes again , Jim's turn tag and release a 58 in fish. WE ARE STOKED winds started topick up at noon so we decided to head to the barn. Tally for the day 1 double hook up, 1 fish in the box, 4 tag and releases. Seas were 1-2 foot until 11:30ish. another banner day on Record sea-ker, with a steller crew and a steller captain!!!! Tight lines to all Ps we have squid bars for sale or trade for sluggos

Wish I could have stayed out there for the whole day. Sounds like you had a blast and hooked A LOT of fish. Hopefully this lasts for a couple more months... | ||

| Nice report & pics Jim!!! Congrats on your stellar day. Love that pic of the finder all lit up. I am also curious about the hooks you were using as you seemed to have figured out your issue from your last time out...... | ||
