thinking of going to stellwagon sat.

hi guy's i'm new to this nbs and was thinking of going to the bank next sat. i'm looking for some help as to where to launch from. i'm comming from RI, was thinking of race point but don't know any ramps on the cape. any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks,mark

sandwhich is a straight shot out across the bay. green harbor is a staight shot to, but a shorter run.

this guide will list all the ramps Green harbor is a straight shot also check out Scituate and Plymouth

green harbor is great for south of the bank, the weymouth public ramp is good for heading north

Back River (Weymouth) is nice except at dead/extreme low tides.....

Pretty well marked, but the area chip is a big plus........

the ramp itself is great, but like alloy said youve really got to stick in the channel for the first 200 yards because it does get to about 5 ft at low tide. tons of parking too. the only downside is the 10 minutes of no wake zone and I believe its about 19 miles to the north corner. I dont remember if this distance is from the ramp or from the tip of hull, at worst another 3 miles
