| A few year's back I was tied up at WestWind Marina in Newport and although there was no fuel dock, Westwind offered diesel off a truck. I believe fueling up from a truck is illegal in CT but if I'm wrong, we could save one hell of alot of cash if a number of us got together and co-op'd a wholesale quantity. Anybody have any idea if that sort of thing is doable in NY or CT? | ||

| I don't know if it's illegal but most marinas frown on filling up even with 5 gallon cans.

| Couldn't be done at a marina or even a town dock but might be done at a private dock or at a private yacht or boat club. | ||

| Guy on our dock has a fuel company, he can do it for us as long as we go to the town dock and do it. Our marina sells fuel so they don't allow it.
