Warm water

72 degree water off the coast of Delaware Is that the "norm" for this time of the year? Does not seem to far to me, You guys think we have any chance we may have an early start to the offshore season?

I can't wait. that magic 55 degree water tells me it's sharkin' time
I'm thinking it's going to be early this year as well

That warm water is a ways out there.We are dealing with water in the 50s right now here off of Ocean City Md. What's a good temp for you up there to start sharkin? I look for 58 - 60 and bluefish.

If you have water temps in the high 50's keep an eye out for some giant bluefin. We saw our first one last year in 59 degree water.
