yes it was 1174 weighed by larry durr. Steve Quinlin, myself and 2 good buddies went out saturday - hooked on a 18/0 circle hook, fought for 7 hrs then stopped... came up wrapped in the single strand. Made it back to the dock around 5am doing 5 knots after getting her secured to the boat around midnight (thx john C for giving up your spot for us at the dock) Steve is a great captain and it was truly a team effort. I'll post story and pics soon. thanks to larry durr and the rest of the guys at In Seine Bait dock for helping us weigh the mako! SG | ||
