What's a Mojo?

I've seen a few guys make reference to using a "mojo" as a teaser above or on a jig when groundfishing. Over the years I've used curlytails and cod flies, rubber worms, shrimp tails, tubes and squid/octupus skirts.

Now I'm interested in the "mojo". What are they, where can you get them and in what size and colors?

If anyone has a picture, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
