Fishing Cape Hatteras to Ocean City

Break in your 2008 season by fishing water from Hatteras to Ocean City. If anyone is interested in this trip, contact Capt Joe Riley, contact information is at bottom.

THE GREAT "MUFF DIVER" OVERNIGHT RETURN TRIP !!!!
!!!! FROM HATTERAS TO OCEAN CITY !!!!

SIX SLOTS AVAILABLE - I think that one may be taken, do not know for sure but fairly serious inquiry. DATES: MAY 1(Thursday), 2(Friday), 3(Saturday) & 4(Sunday) This is a great way to start the season. Here is the deal for $1200 per person !!! Land transportation from Salisbury to Hatteras - Two nights lodging at a local motel Friday 6am, a full day of "Hatteras" fishing, we should load up on Tuna, Dolphin and Wahoo. Be the first in your "hood" to have a "fresh" fish fry !! On Saturday morning around 7:30am, after breakfast, we will leave Hatteras and start our Overnight adventure to Ocean City. We will start at the famous Hatteras "Rockpile" and begin our trolling journey to Ocean City. We will troll up to "The Point", off shore of Oregon Inlet, and we will continue to work our way along the edge of the Gulf Stream. It will bend towards the east at this point and we will follow it a ways but by mid afternoon we will be running to one of the canyons to prepare for the night. I will probably target Swordfish. I will have to consult a temperature chart to determine what canyon we should set up in. The next morning, Sunday, I plan to troll in search of Bluefin or Yellowfin Tuna or anything else that bites. The tuna are usually there if the water temperature is above 66 degrees or run inshore in search of the early large Bluefin Tuna. Who knows what else we may find. It should prove to be an exciting trip for everyone. We will fish until noon on Sunday, then we will pack it in and head for Sunset Marina, Ocean City, MD. I will be stocking the boat with food and drink for the day of fishing in Hatteras and for the Overnighter to Ocean City. You will need to bring your rain gear (in case), a sleeping bag and other personal stuff, but try to travel as light as possible. We will bring several coolers for the fish we catch in Hatteras. We will send the fish back with the truck to Ocean City and you can pick up your share when we get to OC. The cost for this adventure will be $1200 per person. This fee includes: transportation to Hatteras, 2 nights stay at the hotel (2 per room), food on the boat for all 3 days, mate's tip and cost of the charter. What is not included is cost of the fish cleaning and breakfast and dinner while dockside.
